Fast sports breakfast – with pear, cheese and falxseed oil


Ingredients for 1 person:
100g low-fat cheese
2 teaspoons of Crudigno flaxseed oil
50 g of flaxseed
chia seeds, soaked
150 g of pears

Mix all ingredients in a blender, and eat with a spoon, like cream.
