Ingredients for 2 persons:
200 g Bioambra pasta (penne)
100 g of cottage cheese
100 g mozzarella
2 eggs
salt
Turmeric / nutmeg
chilli pepper or pepper
chicory
Crudigno balsamic vinegar
Crudigno olive oil
Cooked pasta, mix with a mixture made from cottage cheese, 2 beaten eggs, pepper or chilli, salt; spread on a baking pan. Spread pieces of mozzarella on top of the pasta, sprinkle on top with nutmeg or turmeric.
Serve with a salad of radicchio with Crudigno emulsion made of balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
