Gluten-free sandwich with salmon

Ingredients:
80g salmon, smoked
2 slices of Schär gluten-free bread
Hummus – 2 tsp
cherry tomatoes
1 pepper
chives

Toast gluten-free bread and smear it with hummus, and with finely chopped chives. Top with salmon, and then season with the quarters sliced cherry tomatoes and peppers.
