Gluten-free pancakes

Gluten-free pancakes with blackberry and dark chocolate sauce


Ingredients:
1 cup Schär gluten-free flour
½ teaspoon baking powder
2 cups VitaRiz soy milk
2 eggs
1 energy bar Lime
dark chocolate (Vivani)
blueberries, 1 cup

Put energy bar bar in blender and chop it into fine pieces, then mix in following ingredients: soy milk, eggs, 1 raw of grated Vivani dark chocolate. If necessary, add mineral water, if the dough is too thick. Fry the pancakes and serve them with mashed blackberries.
