Ingredients for 2 persons:
Vegetables:
150 g of cooked green beans
50 g cooked yellow pods
1 onion
red pepper powder
salt
sesame seeds
Crudigno olive oil
Sauté onions in olive oil until turn golden, add the cooked beans, paprika, salt, sesame seeds.
Fish:
300 g hake fillets
2 eggs
Cornflakes
Roll hake fillets in egg and then in crushed gluten free corn flakes, fry in deep fat in the fryer (or pan), and serve with green beans.
