Nocciolati a velvety cream of cocoa and hazelnuts from organic farming.

 

It can be enjoyed in countless ways, “on spoon” or as a fine spread for bread, various pastries or biscuits. As addition or topping for cookies, it gives them a special flavor, but is also ideal as a spread for pancakes, pies or filling for puff pastry or mignon. With its special taste it complements well a variety of creams or glazes. In addition to great taste, it is very nutritious because it contains only natural ingredients: the finest Italian hazelnuts, cocoa, sugar cane – all from organic farming, and is prepared by a special technological process that creates its velvety texture.

 

Nocciolata from Rigoni di Asiago is the result of an old, treasured recipe and careful production with years long tradition. Even today, Nocciolata is prepared following the original recipe of family Rigoni. Ingredients processing is done slowly, without haste, just as it used to be done before. The carefully selected ingredients are mixed and processed until they turn into the finest dust. After heating and grinding, hazelnut cream is made. Before becoming smooth and velvety, Nocciolata is gradually cooled from 50 to 30 degrees, filtered and lightly mixed. Its flavor does not leave anyone indifferent. Try it, and see for yourself!
